I usually don’t do reviews nor surveys. This is my second one with this office. It means a lot when you walk in the office and the receptionist manages to make you smile even when you’re not feeling well. Followed by the nurse assistant who extends a hug and then finally the person that sits along your side to help walk you through a process. Doctor Burgess and her staff have very warm personalities and that is just what I needed on my last visit. It feels good to know they care. I’ve been with this office since I relocated to the state of GA for many reasons. Lastly Dr. Burgess is very knowledgeable and knows how to get to your root cause.
Oooops, I think she did it again!

I appreciate the care I received from Dr Burgess and her staff. Each staff member was pleasant, helpful and cooperative. I was treated in a timely manne, without any long waiting time. I was allowed to share any medical problems I was experiencing, and felt that my needs were properly taken care of. I am deeply grateful to each staff member for the treatment I received.
